Suspected human skeletal remains found at a wooded area located at Rogers Dr & Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118 by passerbys. Scene appeared as an encampment area w/ three tents embedded in the ground soil and located underneath accumulation of dirt/leaves and overgrown tree roots/weeds. Possible identity of Edward Peter Madden but this has not been verified.
