Kevin Greene's ex-wife last saw Kevin at their shared residence in Harrogate, TN, on the night of 04/11/2026. The following morning, Kevin's ex-wife noticed Kevin and his vehicle were both gone from the residence which was the morning of 04/12/2026. Kevin's vehicle was located in a private driveway located near Cumberland Gap, Tennessee on 04/24/2026. The occupant of the residence stated that he was acquainted with Kevin and that when Kevin arrived at his residence a few days prior, he seemed to be "off", and acting strange. The resident stated that an ambulance was called for Kevin, but while awaiting the ambulance, Kevin walked away leaving his truck. This was the last known sighting of Kevin.
